I’m still married to the same women, the former Sandie Smith from Medina. We will be celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary on Sept 16th. I know, I asked Jack Davis.

We raised two boys and a girl. The boys are living in the Roy-Hart area and our daughter passed into the next life at the age of eighteen from cancer. To date, we haven’t any grandchildren.

I retired from GM hourly after thirty years and am waiting for the other half, a nurse at Lockport Memorial Hospital, to retire so we will be able to head south for the winters.

2015 Update:  I can't think of very much to add to the bio. Sandie and I are still spending our winters in southern Florida.

I took up golf after I retired. My son told me I would never break 100 so I put it on my bucket list and finally did it, (95 and that was with the Mulligan usage both front and back nine). It was at the place where we had the 40th reunion. There's plenty of harder courses than that one. Anything is better than those many 140 plus days. If I dedicated more time to the game, I could improve.

We also take lots of rides, top down, in a beautiful little classic Miata that's good on gas. It brings us the feeling of youth as we begin to enter the second childhood that some of us learned about in Mrs. McWilliams English class in Shakespeare's "As You Like It".

I’m just glad to be standing on the sod and not having it the other way around.
